Swim Meet Sign Off
1. Please fill out the form below
2. To sign off for a meet on a Wednesday, you must do
so before Friday. Otherwise, lineups are made and
final on Saturday.
3. If you know you will be out of town, submit dates
you are unavailable as soon as possible so that coaches can
plan ahead.
4. You must hit the "Submit" button.
5. You must receive an e-mail response back from Coach to
confirm that your notice was received.
